An in-depth look at a proposed project on a specific property, showing multiple ways to organize the site and the overall massing of a proposed project. Issues such as topography and natural features, circulation and access, views, overall massing and zoning are studied. In renovations, we explore the best way to utilize the existing building and structure and to organize the site.
CONCEPT DESIGN
The goal of a concept design is to arrive at an architectural image of the proposed project. This image is the first step in making an idea into a reality. It can be used to illustrate a concept for marketing purposes, or as the basis of developing an initial estimate of costs.
