Yoram LePair Architects offers design services for residential and commercial new construction, renovations and remodels. Since 2009 we have completed projects throughout the Los Angeles area, as well as Florida, South Carolina, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Our work covers all phases of design and execution regardless of scope or scale. We are as happy to assist with preliminary site studies and evaluations of a site, as we are with full architectural services. Our aesthetic is minimal and modern. Our designs seek to create beautiful and singular spaces utilizing light, proportion, material and texture, to achieve bespoke creations for every client. Dedicated to clarity of communication, we provide our clients with the ability to visualize their custom project from inception through completion via a combination of traditional drawing, sketching and modeling, to the latest interactive Virtual Reality computer modeling technologies. Each project is a collaboration between owner, architect and builder, and we provide an unparalleled level of attention to every project throughout the design and construction process. We are constantly seeking simple and sophisticated solutions to maintain budgets and schedules by pairing creativity and innovation, with practical execution.

ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL

Yoram LePair is the founder of Yoram LePair Architects, an architecture firm based in Los Angeles known for minimal yet warmly modern buildings that reflect their surroundings. Yoram received his master’s in architecture from SCI-Arc in Los Angeles and a Bachelors from the University of Pennsylvania. With more than 20 years of experience in the design and management of public and private projects of multiple scales and styles, Yoram is experienced in all phases of design and construction of projects ranging from 1,000 to over 100,000 sf.

Yoram is a Registered Architect in the District of Columbia, and States of New York and California. Born in Amsterdam and raised in New York and Connecticut, Yoram joined Gehry Partners upon receiving his Master of Architecture, rising to associate and working on many of the firm’s significant recent projects. Prior to Gehry Partners, Yoram worked in the firms of Hablinski Architecture and Kovac Architects in California, and Gullans & Brooks Associates and Roger Ferris + Partners in Connecticut.
